General Terms & Conditions:
Payment terms for orders placed online are the same terms that are already set up between East Coast USA Distributors and dealer.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship some items may be back ordered in which case East Coast USA Dist will do our best to contact you and inform you of the back ordered products on your order. We will try to notify you of substitutes for your back orders or notify you when the product is expected to arrive in our warehouse.
New Account Terms: New account terms are COD Cash / Money Order. Call for details. We also offer credit card payment options, there is a 3% charge on credit card orders.
Return Policy: Defective returns will be accepted for exchange for same model with pre-authorized RMA number. Place RMA number on outside of package when sending the item back to East Coast. Exchanges will be sent back to customer with next order shipment/delivery. There are no returns for credit or for exchange to different product or model.
In order to maintain an account with East Coast USA Dist. dealer must purchase a minimum of $5000 per year. Accounts which do not satisfy this criteria will be closed.
Orders & shipping:
- Orders will ship according to the shipping method available, or the one setup on your account with East Coast USA Dist.
- Truck delivery orders (where available according to location please ask) will be charged $5 for orders below $500 and $10 for orders below $100. Call for further details.
- UPS orders placed by 2:00 pm EST will ship same day, orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.
- Pick Up orders must be placed ahead of time with the office or salesmen. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm. If dropping off returns the hours are 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Please come at those hours, after these hours service is not available and will be postponed to the next business day.
East Coast USA Distributors reserves the right to terminate an account.
In order to maintain an active account with East Coast USA Distributors it is necessary to purchase a minimum of $5000.00 in product per year. If this is not achieved the account will be closed.
